We work closely with our clients to tailor projects, develop policy and facilitate effective engagement strategies to ensure their project/s stay focused and on track.
We do this through;
* Developing policy and frameworks to support consumer engagement through a true co-design approach
* Supporting our clients to develop practices and processes to meet National Standards and accreditation requirements
* Managing discrete consumer engagement projects
* Working with staff and consumers to enhance the role and work of Consumer Advisory Committees
* Identifying and developing key resources for staff and consumers (guidelines, procedures, pro forma, position descriptions, codes of conduct and many more)

We work with our clients to engage and consult with consumers to ensure meaningful feedback and input to better inform their service planning and delivery. We do this by:
* Designing and facilitating targeted consumer focus groups
* Designing and facilitating effective consumer workshops of all sizes)
* Developing and managing consumer surveys that achieve meaningful outcomes and data
* Seeking feedback from the Health Consumer Reference Group SA members eg on draft policy
* Liaising with our broad community networks
* Facilitating strategic planning workshops with Consumer Advisory Groups
* Facilitating face-to-face or virtual formats to as part of our COVID-19 response but also to support consumers broad access needs and preferences
