This program supports experienced health consumer advocates and representatives to broaden their knowledge and skills in leadership and influence roles.
These individual sessions cover a broad range of consumer engagement topics that can be provided as 1hour sessions or combined 2 to 3 hour sessions, tailored to the needs of your consumers.
Programs to support staff to put consumer engagement into policy and practice
This program provides an introduction to principles of consumer engagement and how to work effectively with consumers to meet the National Standards and embed consumer engagement and consumer centred care into practice.
This programs promotes and explores how consumer feedback and complaints drive quality improvement. It discusses the benefits and barriers to gathering consumer feedback and managing complaints to support a culture of shared learning and partnership.
